Scatterday Y

This week was impossible! I don't own a Yak, it isn't school time, and what starts with Y and is green ? I also seem to have a yellow theme for some reason!! :) Anyway, here is my contribution to the letter Y, with school days, green things and animals as the categories!

School Days: I - luckily - have a Princess who has lots of colour pencils etc so there is my first yellow!

Green Things: I have a yellow-gridded green cutting mat. That one is courtesy of my DH. I was thinking I may have to give this week a miss because I didn't have a green thing. He pointed this one out to me so it is his fault!! My second yellow.

Animals: Not having a Yak handy made it a little more difficult so I chose my sons yellow-eyed kitten for my animal! My third yellow.

I hope next week is easier!! :)

Scatterday S

This week is the letter S with Christmas, beverages and medical things as the categories.

Christmas: This is a Christmas Scene at the local shopping centre.

Beverages: We have Christmas Spirits for the beverages

Medical things: This one was difficult. I didn't want to have a picture of a Surgery sign because it seemed too obvious.. I did have a stethoscope hanging around, but couldn't find it when i needed it.. so I raided the medicine cupboard and found some things that start with S. It is the best I could do!

Scatterday D

Here it is, Scatterday again.. I wonder who stole 3 days out of my week...?
This weeks categories were Touchy Feely, Sewing and Vehicle..

Touchy Feely is my lovely Dog.. she loves a pat and a cuddle!

Sewing was a hard one, I have lots of Designs, but I thought lots of people might do that one.. then I remembered a Docket from Lincraft, and it even shows I purchased fabric for Sewing with!

Vehicle was difficult. I tried walking around the shopping centre looking for D cars, but Security wasn't happy about that. Then, on the way home, I happened to spot a Delivery Vehicle - I couldn't believe my luck!! Thanks Dave (whoever you are!)

My First Scatterday!

The Letter was K and the topics were Dangerous, In the Neighbourhood and Blue.

Dangerous: I put knives for dangerous, as I am sure lots of people will. I was going to put knuckledusters, but I don't have any and I really wouldn't know where to find any!

In The Neighbourhood: The Kenworth could be all 3 topics, it is Blue, it was In My Neighbourhood and if you get in its way, it would be dangerous! I have a kitchen showroom in the neighbourhood, so I put that in too..

Blue: Blue took a while to find but I suddenly remembered I had some knitting that is a UFO and while standing outside talking to DH, I saw the Blue writing on the gas bottle.. and it starts with a blue K!!

Thank you to everyone that replied to my call for help. I know where to find the topics and I even know how to do mosaics with photos!!

Now all I need to do is work out what I am going to take pictures of. I should have waited for an easy letter before I joined !!!

Questions

Now all I need to do is work out where the topic comes from! Is it sent in an email? Do I need to look at someone elses blog to get it ?
